About me

With a little under a decade of experience working with some of the world’s most prolific consumer facing brands; I’ve gained expertise in Visual & Interaction Design, Product Management and of course the omni-channel Customer Experience cycle.

I work hand-in-hand with Product and Technology teams, within an Agile framework. I’m a Lean advocate, using techniques like Kanban to ensure we release products that customers love.

I like to take an active role and get “stuck in” where possible; I believe setting strategy is only one part of the job – the rest is getting involved and helping put that strategy in motion at ground level. So, whether that is mentoring Digital Designers on best practice or helping steer qualitative user testing – I’m there at every level.
